I got the same issue. Changed to data and it passes that stage. But always a red ping in homescreen. I checked with my friend he said he has the same red ping. @burnt barn the problem with this idea is , in the scenario of you and an enemy started shooting at each other at the same time you wtih let's say ump and he with m762 you would do a lot of damage to him but he probably will knock you 1st because the 7.6 ammo has more damage , then one of your squad mates built on the damage you already did and killed him , in this case u did more damage , but if this was a solo situation you'd be dead... So the kill has to go to him regardless of the fact he did less damage ... (Just my opinion)
@night cloak well, sadly nothing , it'll depends on the type of ban, is it a temp ban and for what period, and the type of violation, for what everreason Tencent doesn't reveal the reason(sometimes because they don't know why battle eye banned you) ...as mentioned above, you can try the in-game support and file a claim , to be honest i know of very rare and few cases that helped, but who knows you might be one of those, give it a try, you have nothing to loose...
if you have one of those 10 minutes temp bans, i believe it's an issue on their side (they refuse so far to admit it) , the only solution i found to elevate some of the issue, is rather very annoying, but it works (most of the time)... if you get a 10 min ban , don't play again for at least an hour, and then the 1st time you start the game log out and repair client from the repair button on the logged out screen, this may give you a couple of days without issues, that said, if you're using any 3rd party apps (like GFX tolols) uninstall them, and to get rid of all modification they might've done to the game you should reinstall the game .

whenever i tried Bluetooth it had issues, for me the in game sounds always had delay ... again that is just me .
it seems that you need a very high end bluetooth set to avoid issues m while any wired set would do a good job

You've to open a new account.

My 1st I'd had been banned That is NXT大Nightmare with tag 5178071491My message is that my account has been banned for 3650 days. Without any hacking or violence the game my account is banned. I am sure that I didn't make any violent in the game or used any other applications. But then also why I don't understand my account is banned without any violent. I could give you every details regarding this but that's my request is to check my account to unbann. We s suffer this a lot after following every rules and regulations.

@zenith light it says data has been changed so that means somehow the some of the game files might have gotten deleted somehow which made the game think u are violating the game
(Maybe an external app deleted the game files i guess like cleaning apps)

Oky first off which doesn't make any sense is the 10 years ban... i mean com'on , every other game bans u for 3 months in first offense as a warning and next time it's permanent and in pubg u get banned permanently at first time (10 years is almost permanent for mobile game)

We already told that if you have any issues related to ban contact in game customer service because we can access your accounts and check if it is valid or not.
And first of all to remove the hackers in the game giving permenent ban id essential so it will not promote it . It is not necessary to just give warning and leave , @vague onyx.

I'm so sad rn, I just can't take this anymore, I hit a guy with AWM in the face, it shows blood splatter but there isn't any hit marker, I'm frequently teleporting in matches, I have auto-matchmaking off still I'm being matched with random people, there are literally too many bugs this time, can't the devs actually fix it?
