@night cloak If you turn on cross server matchmaking, you'll still get identical ratings you get normally with the server you play. And the ratings will be added to the server you select for playing.
Well, it might be frustrating when you can't add a specific character you created/found for your team. But unfortunately the game doesn't support all the characters available to internet, so you have to use one if the existing characters people are using in game.
You can always contact customer support via in game, it's always safe to ask them.

and no, you got it wrong. I get ranked depending on which server I play on.. e.g. if I select NA but matchmaking sends me to SA i will continue rank in gold since I'm gold in SA but Diamond in NA (even though I chose to play in NA)

- Make it so you don’t lose points
- Change survival points from minutes to percentage of map time (So, winning in a Sanhok game will give you the same amount of points as winning in a Miramar match)
- Make kills more important than they are now. Right now your season ranking is 80% survival and 20% kills and ranking. Make it something like 50% survival and 50% kills and ranking.

Goodnight. I play pabg for a long time. At the end of autumn my account was blocked for 2 months for some reason I did not understand. I wrote in support a bunch of times, sent applications, etc., but they answered me with templates and not quite on the topic. The bottom line is that I bought a royal pass before blocking an account that would unlock me after a royal pass, which means that the money went to the wind. Due to inactivity of support (I did not break the rules, and I am 100% sure of this, I did not use any gfx tools, etc., etc., only the official emulator), I quit trying to unlock my account, deciding to wait for the unlock date. A couple of days ago I started playing on the new one. And it was blocked for 2 months. What's happening?

The invisible player hack is when someone uses a hack to turn themselves invisible before firing on you which is when they revert back to becoming visible.
It has been around for months like the wall hack
But nobody wants to do anything about it.
Funny thing, after my ranting about matchmaking suddenly I am getting matched in under 90 seconds. So I guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease

It was giving me moderate ping untill from one match it started to give me 200+ game for simultaneously 5 games in same server and even kicked me out of 1 match just before landing. The asia server needs some serious improvements for providing good performance. Also I encounter desync issue in almost every game though I have decent connection.

Tell pubg that they need to stop matching me with potato’s! I don’t understand how a ace player is getting matched with diamonds or even scrub plats. I have a 9 average kill per match and have a win rate of 30% and I’m paired with people who have just the worst average kills like 1-3 and win ratio of about 1%. Annoying and should be looked into! They should be matching good players with good players. I’m tired of all my random squads dying in the first 10 minutes and being absolutely useless. 99% of my games I join, I’m matched with potato chips.

No, it is separate. EMU players do not play against Mobile players, unless you squad up with an EMU player. In that case, you do play against EMU players as well. If you form a squad in the lobby, and at least 1 user is an EMU user and the rest are Mobile players, your whole team will play against EMU players as well.@cerulean lantern

You will have to wait for them to respond. Sometimes it takes quite a while for them to do so since they have a lot of claims to go through. However, if they do not respond or only keep sending you messages about their TOS and rules, this mainly means you were found guilty and broke their terms of service in one way or another. @raven sparrow

@cosmic gazelle This is most likely an issue with your phone. You can try "repair client" on login screen to fix it. If you're playing the game on SD , I'd suggest to move the obb and data folder to the Internal Storage of your phone or vice versa. If it doesn't fix, try to completely re install the game. If these doesn't work maybe visit your nearest phone service center, it could be a faulty hardware issue too.

Now, i knocked him out and revived and lost 30 merit but whenever i report him he never loses merit! Why? I wish pubg could ban him at least from finding matches for a while
And i also lost my ranks because of him. He knocked me out near to the playzone, revived me and got away with his vehicle and playzone killed me

@oak aurora I understand it might be very frustrating to get injured by teammates. You wouldn't lose 30 points just by knocking and then reviving. You will only lost points if you actually finished them after knocking them out. If you think you didn't kill your teammates, you're welcome to contact customer support via in game and they'll explain and do proper judgement. Meanwhile, I strongly recommend you not to play with such teammates.
@paper mason It's just a visual bug. You've to report it directly in-game by clicking the Report button located at top-right during matches, or by clicking the ^ button located in the bottom-right corner of the main menu and selecting Report.
@night cloak Such things will never be legal in PUBG Mobile game. It gives an unfair advantage to the people who play using touch. And it is against the TOS of the game and might result in a suspension of your access to the game account.

Hey, I asked yesterday, no answer 😦 asking again. What happened with cross server matching ? Playing NA duo, emulator and NO game ALL DAY, same as yesterday, no game at all. the day before where there was possible allow cross matching got game within 5min. Now i can wait hours and hours and no game.
