You can get the version from that country's playstore I believe. There are different versions like Korean etc. And I'm not sure but I think you will be able to play with your friends using that version. @ocean lava

It's due to the lack of players playing the same mode at the same time as you and at higher ranks you don't want to play against bots so they look for real players your rank. That's why it takes long. Hopefully more players in future will solve this. @coral citrus . Another option is for you to enable cross server matching.

@valid zinc as the game updates and becomes bigger, some devices lose their max ability to run the game and graphics increase in the game will result in device also losing the high graphics option. It is not an issue to be solved. In future to when the game gets bigger , other devices might use the high settings. You should still try letting the customer service in-game know about it.

Me and others have both been experiencing this recently too. Most of the time we got a solid 30 ping. But occasionally it spikes to like 600 for no reason. It happens at complete random times and has happened to each of us at different times. For us it isn't every single game but at least once in every 3 to 5.

I had to delete Vikendi map. I play on iPhone 6 and my device was too overwhelmed. I used a RAM checker app and it told me that my ram was constantly being used even when my phone was at idle. So I deleted the new map and I have no more crashes or lag.

@soft lion It happens due to bad internet connection, it might be an issue with the server too. Why don't you try a different internet source and see if the problem still persists or not? It might be a good idea to do that.

@grizzled thorn It usually happens if you get sudden network instability. I understand that it might be frustrating to face such bugs or issues. If you encounter any kinds of bugs or technical issues in the game, you've to report them directly in-game by clicking the Report button located at top-right during matches, or by clicking the ^ button located in the bottom-right corner of the main menu and selecting Report. You might not get a reply from support but they're always looking into every reports made by players. We cannot do anything here in discord. I hope you understand.

When I came back I loaded the game and it locked up on loading as if I was being shoved into a match except I never hit the match button. I closed out and reopened the game.
