There won’t be any penalty if you just play with them once, but if you play with them repeatedly then you could face being banned or having some of your merit deducted.
I’d suggest reporting the cheater.

can a mod pass this on to a dev please notify if a skin is permanent or not in the lucky crate drop as i just wasted £4.49 on a set that's for 7 days and not permanent i wouldn't have bothered getting the crate if i had known that beforehand as i just simply think it's not worth it if i could get a refund then i would but i used the crate coupon that was with it.

WTF! I finally get into a NA Solo FPP match, AND WIN, snd apparently it DECREASED my stats.. then i went to send this, i went back to take the 3rd (and 4th) pics and it shows the same exact stats i had prior to the match...... wtf is going on) #media
