That's due to the lack of players in the same server and mode. In higher ranking, you don't want to match against bots . So they try to find other high rank players which leads to the matching taking too long .
What you can do is allow cross matching . @night cloak

The game does have problems with wireless headphones :/ . Sometimes there's sound delay and now these problem. I recommend you to use a wired one and report about this issue to the customer service . It could be your device too. @soft lion .

@night cloak didn't guarantee you would get a match with cross matching. Like I said ,it's due to the lack of players playing it during this time. You can try a different server or mode for now and try matching on the solo later.

I have a 3gb ram device too @gentle panther. Yes I too face the lag and freeze , all we can do is reporting the issue in-game so that they look into it. And the s9 also does have multiple reports which the team might be aware by now. But other people on high end device like oneplus 5,5t,6,6t face the freeze and lag very rarely. For now the lower end devices are facing it and by reporting it in-game we can assume they look into it as the number of reports increase.

Yeah I feel you. But when I played on the higher end device , it eliminates freeze and lag . And the game will always get bigger with every update and the lag and problems only increases on the lower end phones of 2gb and 3gb ram. Hey guys, the crew and I played on the 28th at 19:05 on the crew challenge. However, we were blocked on the loading screen. After resetting the game and taping “Enter match again”, the same loading screen appeared. After a few minutes the game kicked us back to lobby and said we scored 0 points on our first game, when we didn’t even play. Is it possible to allow us to participate in 13 games since there was this bug on the first one we played ? Thanks!

When will the desync, server disconnection, and lag issues get fixed. They've been really bad since 0.10
Getting killed after jumping over a railing by someone who had no line of sight on me is getting really old. Especially since it rubber bands my back up onto the catwalk I already jumped off of.
I'm playing on a Galaxy S8 with a 300Mbps internet connection and have a ping that is almost always <50.
I've tried changing wifi channels and DNS servers with no improvement.

There are no specific way to increase fps on low end phones like this. You will need better phone for good gaming experience or you can wait for the optimization from the developers , @night cloak.

MOBILE players: anyone else notice the RP missions seem to only progress one at a time now?
In other words, if you have 2 missions from different weeks in S4, the next match you complete BOTH missions BUT the game only counts one of them, but the other doesnt progress to completed... (its happening ALOT to me since 0.10.1 but its hard not to notice if grinding RP missions. I THINK it is possibly determined by which 'Week [#]' tab still opened when returning to the main menu to start the new match).
