Snowy what happens is when I jump into a game...I'm currently in lobby. When I in the plane then I jump.... I start to face down from the plane. When I'm closer to the ground some the analog goes back in place like its not responding . When I inputting the direction. It goes back in place when I TOUCH it. It's more like at times it does respond and then the sensitivity goes about the place even tho I'm controlling it. And another issue is a fire button delay. Make sure to write everything in details while contacting support, preferably in 1 message - otherwise it will delay the process.

i know the rules, game downloaded from play store (and updated from there too), no 3rd party apps what so ever... nothing effects with the game at all in my device, actually i only have the game and 3 social media apps and a browser in my phone

still i get this weird message the 1 time before this it was while in the final circle, now it's even after the game finished and we're killed ...data changed , and when you try to login i get a 10 min ban
if someone in support care can please help with this, i know that another one of these and the account will be banned for 10 years, please help me avoid this...i'm now posting here because the in game support is just an automated rely that keeps repeating the exact same thing over and over again.

@mint kraken Actually you can use red zone to your advantage. If it so happens on an area where more than likely players are, you can sneak up on them in red zone. I've been in red zone many times and it's never killed me... yet.

@eager parrot For now, you can clear cache + data of your game. If you're on iOS, you can tap on repair client. This might fix the issue. But if you still face similar issues, you can tap on report button on top right to report the issue. You can also try restarting the game when this happens and see if the game shows an enter pop up message or not. If it doesn't, you should ask your friends to show you screenshot of their gameplay after the game moves you back to lobby.

Samsung tabs typically aren't for gaming. U need a phone/tab with 4-6 GB ram, octa core processor and more then 16 gb storage. I mean I have a phone with 6 GB ram and 120 gb storage but it still lags and some graphics issues because of my wifi. You have to have good wifi/4g and a good device to play on. Usually anything from Walmart @lunar pivot isn't the best for pubg.

@oblique zephyr they were not supposed to come in this update actually. Just because there was something in beta doesn't necessarily mean it has to be in the global version. Maybe those will come in future updates. Be patient.
