@velvet vault yes, that sometimes sadly happens, all the options get glitched. Please, next time report it via the report button to bring more awareness, the more data there is the easier it is for the devs to fix it.

@night cloak as long as the user does have in-game emotes, they are available to use on any devices. Sometimes the option can get covered up by the Report button, but that’s just for devices that have an issue with resolution, gets fixed with the Repair button.

@night cloak the rules for characters in names have changed recently hence some “special symbols” cannot he used anymore, for that we recommend to use some other letters available in the Russian alphabet... etc.

The Greek language has some interesting ones to offer as well.

@night cloak yes, that is a well known pop-up window which is mostly triggered by weak connection, the user’s connection goes bad all of a sudden, or they go from “cellular” to “WiFi” and the window shows up.

sigh will try to send this one to them too, though it's not making me particulary happy to feel like i wasted time writing that request and end up having a bot reply. I think thoroughly through the features i would like to see in the game but the devs don't seem to care. One of my feature request was the Android Pie Low Ram Discard Preventation. Afaik, to have the game to work with that feature, they only have to add that one permission and he system would so the rest. It's been like 3 versions back since i asked for that and no word of it yet.
So, if anyone is agreeing with my opinion on the FPP/TPP switch, please also consider sending the feature request via Email to the devs. The more people the better

The only way to figure it out is to download the game and play it. You can never truly figure out the exact FPS without the use of 3rd party apps, there’s no such option to enable that in the settings. @earnest skiff

Problem and Solutions offered.

PROBLEM

Even with the cross server matching, myself and the other FPP solo players can't find a match for literal days. It's so bad that we've all stopped pushing. This is a problem. We can't play our favorite mode and we're being punished for being too high rank.

It's leaking into duo as well, even with cross server, nothing for hours sometimes.

Customer service keeps suggesting to select all maps. All maps are selected. They say that it may take longer to match if merit is below 60. Our merit is all 100.
And that's all they keep responding with.

SOLUTIONS

Allow multiple options to be chosen (Solo AND Duo). Some of us don't like playing squads every single game and having rando players that hot drop and die in seconds.
For ever X amount of minutes, keep opening the available pool of players until enough players are found to match. Like keep going down the ladder of lower ranked players. Even off them "incentive" + points for playing higher ranked players so they can move up as well.
I saw an in queue ticker to show how many players are waiting. That should be implemented. Although I do know PUBG doesn't really want to let players know how many real players there are vs bots.... So I kind of get it.

@frail matrix lag happens when you either have a lower end device or a weak Internet.
Try changing your internet and see if that helps also you can try repairing the game that sometimes helps .

Alright, so I just discovered something
This is about the 12.9 inch resolution scaling glitch
When I restart the game while having HD or Balanced selected, then the game’s UI and everything is completely broken
When I restart it while on Smooth, then it starts significantly less broken. Still bigger than it should be, but better

I couldnt see any doors in pochinki and was stuck in a building, i restarted the game and rhen i couldn't even see any walls, i killed a guy through a wall with a shotgun. Constant server not responding pop ups in lobby even when i have 30-50 ping, i have to restart everytime a game ends because rhe ends screen never shows up. Is this what you mesnt by update
