Go to your settings, tap on Wi-Fi and Network. Tap and hold on your Wi-Fi network, you should see a menu that pops up. Select "Modify Network". Enter your password for your Wi-Fi, then tap on "Advanced Options". Scroll down until you find "IP Settings". Tap on that and replace DHCP with Static. Scroll down a little further and you'll find DNS 1 and DNS 2. Enter any of the below mentioned DNS servers.

I usually minimize the game(not close) and reopen it or try toggling the voice chat on and off using the button beside the map and it fixes any issues with the voice chat. Sometimes the issue is with the headset, so ensure that your headset is properly connected(try disconnecting and reconnecting it if required).
The game does have some bugs with the voice chat but it's pretty useful and its expected to improve with the future releases. @ocean knoll @desert knoll
