Ping is based on number of players available in the region you are playing . If you play at night you may experience less ping because there is less players available at that time in your region. Same for the day . So it completely depends upon the number of players available .And some devices with that specs may experience a little lag it maybe solved in the next patch , @night cloak.

Just tested it out myself, FPP Duo Asia is working properly, queued me in around 15 seconds. This means that there simply are not enough higher ranked players playing this type of mode, the game doesn’t wanna make it super easy by supplying bots.

There are many users in the EU servers, so it gets overfilled. Combination of potato internet + potato device + EU server usually results in that. Not saying your device is a potato, just giving an example.
