There should be a file present there.
If there is a file , go to settings and then enable storage Permission.

The servers are very sensitive to connection quality and strength. Sometimes there could be network jams which go unnoticed and don't show up in ping i.e. m/s. However, they indeed do influence the connection hence that pop-up informing you about it shows up. @leaden echo

Hi. I got 2 months banned and i cant contact in game suport i did but no reply so far it has ben 4 days. I used an old version of ld player and i got banned i received a massage saying that I'm using a corrupted version of the game but I'm not i used play stor version of the game. After asking people one of them told me that it could be the emulator that I'm using. I didn't known that and now i just want to play i bought a phone to play the game on just to avoid doing anything wrong. Plz plz plz guide me i love this game and i dont wont to miss my royal pass. @modern linden sometimes a factory data reset will help, I did that a few times and it fixed it for quite a while, if you decide to do so, make sure you back up photos and such

That is because the device cannot handle the GFX to be paired with higher FPS for that particular device. The phone cannot handle it due to its refresh rate. Either the device cannot handle it or it's not optimized well enough for other options to show up.
