Lobbies are created by adding players to it. A lot of lower ranked players will get you less points than what a lobby with higher ranked players will give you.

No way to tell. Elo rating(which the pubgm ranking system is based on) uses expected outcomes to award points based on the actual performance. It must have expected you to get a higher rank in the first game--worse opponents.

The support team is pretty garbage for this game.

Anyways, the game factors in your expected placement into your survival rating. I assume what happened is your first games lobby was somewhat weaker, or had more weak players than your second. You were expected to place higher than you did, and were given -9.

The second games lobby was better and/ or you performed closer to expectations. You only lost 6 points this time, because of your performance.

Different scenarios decide the amount of points you get, such as the lobby you can in also matter. I would guess that since you are in crown you might have gotten into a game of diamond league players or less real players. @magic jacinth

Gfx just allows you to get higher graphics and higher frame rates, nothing to do with rendering

pubgs should ban emulator users, like many MMORPG games, it's not fair because emulator users can play swiftly like pc version

@woven coral anti cheat cant prevent every type of cheat. Cheats are constantly updated to avoid anti cheats while anti cheats are constantly updated to combat it. No multiplayer game in this world is free from cheating

I just Calculated my UC, I had 6 UC left when I bought the Elite plus. I am now level 56, and so far I have collected 11 of the "30 UC", But my total UC is 316, by my calculations there should be 336 UC. I haven't spent any UC. Has this happened to anyone?

This issue is with S8+ users . But I think it could be the case with your S7 as well I think.

So what u can try is adjust the resolution of your phone's display. You can find videos of it on YouTube. Do let me know if it works. @zealous tide
