Controller mapping makes it easier to customise controls for touch screen users. It would be a nightmare for mobile users without it. You'll not get banned for using controller but modifying the game files. It's not possible to detect external hardwares like triggers. So you will not get banned unless your controller has a software which modifies the game files.

@daring fog There are some reasons the developers capped the graphics based on phones's chipset so that the game won't melt your processors. And I already mentioned, any 3rd party apps that modifies the game files is not allowed and using such apps will result in a temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the game account.

no processor will melt here there are many software and hardware safeguards against catastrophic soc failure they mostly cap it because of fps reasons but ok will (probably) never use gfx tool but why can i only set my fps up to high even on the lowest graphics 30fps isnt really the best experiance and from my fairly minimal testing with gfx tool when uncapping framerate my s8 can maintain 60fps in most situations so i see no reason for the devs to block it off

@steel pasture in my opinion smooth is better. Because it has much less shadows compared to balanced. And you can get more fps playing on smooth.

But if you're the person who likes very beautiful greenish trees, foliages and do not care about laggy game experience, you can choose balanced or even higher graphics if your phone can support it.
About crates, you'll see a question mark on top right corner. Tap it, it will show percentage numbers of the items you might get.

@neon heart Unfortunately you cannot unlink a social media account once it is linked to your game account to discourage selling or trading accounts. What you can do is, get in an iOS device and it will unlock another slot to connect one of your non-added social media account.

@sharp swan RAM isn't the only thing that powers a phone. The most expensive android phone can get to 60fps with lowest graphics (smooth) settings. While the most expensive iOS device can get to 60 fps with HD settings. And on Emulator, with a GTX 1070, you can get to 60 fps with HDR graphics settings.

@sharp swan Well, third party apps removes the cap limit which is vulnerable for your device. I wouldn't do that. Your device is capable of providing more graphics but it will kill your battery, that's why developers had set a limit.

Almost everyone plays on smooth settings. Most of the CCs. It is better tbh. I personally play on smooth. It hides the shadows and gives you an advantage while being near to a tree or building. @sharp swan

Found a visual bug. If you look at one of the pictures, it says that I have the "Season 3 combat boots" on however if you look at my characters shoewear (While I have the season 3 combat boots on.) It shows that you are wearing the "Falcon boots", I don't know if other kind of clothes affect this, I had black slacks while I found this.

You can use ram booster apps in order to clear ram but it won't help much . You can also try clearing background apps for better performance . More than that you can get decent device for better experience , @lavish yarrow.

For Android you can try enabling developer option by clicking 7 times on build number in about phone section . And then developer options --> set animation scale to 1x -->Turn on Force gpu rendering --> Turn on Force 4x MSAA
I think this will also help a bit . Not much but better than before , @lavish yarrow .

@night cloak If the amount is deducted from your balance but you didn't get UC. What you've to do is, take a screenshot of the purchase receipt you got in your gmail and send it to customers support from the game. It will shorten the process.

@steel seal It will set some basic settings for you. Like if you select pro, it will disable the aim assist. And you cannot delete your pubg account, but you can remove it from your social media by going to connected apps. It will be removed from social media. However the game profile will not be deleted and you cannot create another profile with the same social media.

@steel seal As I've mentioned, it enables/disable certain features can be found in basic settings. I'm not aware of what it will change. But I'd suggest to choose beginner, in case some features go missing. You can always customise the settings on your own too.

Well i have the steam version but gf doesnt have a pc so mobile was our only option. Its just very disappointing how im getting treated overall. Even some random person here backed me up saying they were matching against me and im a good player overall. Looks like noone from customer support is on this dc though so me coming here and asking for support is legit for nothing. @fiery echo this is not a bug. When you kill an enemy your teammate knocked out, the kill counts towards your teammate. But when you kill an enemy that wasn't knocked out by your teammate, the kill counts to you.

The mobile game is designed to keep an equal playing field using hands. Keyboards aren’t supposed to be used but someone could use one but at that point are better just using the Emu, while controls aren’t be best equipped. There’s no settings or anything to compliment them

looking into the bluetooth headphones issue it seems to be that it switches over to bluetooth call mode decreasing quality and increasing latency but i think this is a limitation in the sbc codec when you access microphone thats not fixable but higher quality aptx codec headphones may work better

Low end devices with similar specs might have some issues . Make sure there are no background apps running and you have enough ram free to play , @open geyser.

My account has just been disabled without violating a single PUBG mobile rule... All I use to contact my teammate is with Discord Application. I was killed in my last match and a ban message popped up to my screen, which myself personally doesn't understand what happened and why I was banned. You can check my stats and confirm I'm not an hacker... I was only trying my best to reach conqueror at the end of season 4, with my friend play Duo FPP together with me on the EU server. Kindly fix this as soon as possible.
