In Wich you have to hold a throwable item release its pin and and drag your d pad to left bottom corner and throw any throwable and same time use your d pad ......it worked for me to enter in building this will help tp

hello for me that friend list prob start from like this may be this is cause so came here to tell

that one issue which is friend list becoming disappear starts for me after i
goto inventory and use roaste chicken it leads to shop others and when i go back to main lobby then the friend list gone disappear
