The department that takes care of design, implemention of new features, skins and cosmetics is different from the department that takes care of the technical aspects, such as the anti-cheat system, and correcting of bugs and technical issues. Your statement saying that the developers are not focusing on the important things, but rather implementing new cosmetics, is therefore invalid. If this department should stop working on these aspects, there would have been no difference with regard to these technical issues. It would only mean that the game would not have been updated with the same new features, and bugs would not have been addressed and corrected. It is just like saying that teachers should stop doing their job and start helping the ICT section to fix technical problems with the network, before the teachers can return to their main jobs. This would not have improved the situation in the slightest. As a matter of fact, it would only have worsened the situation even more, because those teachers would not have been of help; they would rather have been causing disturbance.
A huge amount of work is being done behind the curtains to improve these situations. In order to help the developers addressing the issue easier, please report it in-game.

Why my headshots are not counted as one? I had an AWM + 6x scope and was doing the deadeye challenge to get the title but my 3rd headshot wasn't counted as one. I aimed right to his face from 138 meters if i checked correctly the distance and he was downhill aiming at me so i know it was a clean headshot. i've been playing on Europe server ever since i started playing,always got like 190-230 ping on it,all other servers had 330 + ping but ever since a few days ago Asia and Europe switched places.now Europe is almost always 330+ and Asia is normal ping,WTF,i'm crown iii on Europe and trying to push for the ace parachute,how can this suddenly happen?
plus my squad plays on europe and now whenever i play with them im a liability

It’s not considered cheating but certain GFX tools can allow you to cheat and there are a lot of gfx tools out there so they want to make sure no one uses any GFX
