Hey guy's just a tip for anyone having a sick time trying to land on one of those tiny roofs in quarry. You're landing in the wrong quarry the defs meant to say that it is Shanhok quarry. It has huge roofs and easy to land on.
I wasted so much time with this problem on Erangled because the houses are small and I keep missing the tiny building roofs.
Only to discover it was never supposed to be on Erangled
Ah, I see it is under pinned messages, forgot to look for it.
It was really dumb of them though.
It must have taken me 15 or more attempts because the new landing animation is hard to predict when your forward motion will stop so I kept over or under shooting it.

Yes, if you're on WiFi just do it through the settings, if you're on cellular use a DNS changer.
Either download it from the App Store or Google Play.
DNS changer will not get your account banned, it does not interfere with the game files in any way.
So no need to worry about that.

I think there seem to be a problem with the game. The game sometimes removes a member in the custom room as soon as they join without the leader's notice.

About the CREW CHALLENGE
Its a great mode. However, up until the actual start time, nobody knew how it would run. The matches are so late 11pm EST, and most of my teammates cant make it. Now I'm stuck in an unplayable mode, although I have people that are in the same situation and would like to join forces....
I post it here, because you staff members are able to get the attention of the people that makes decisions much quicker than sending an email to tech support, who doesn't reply for up to weeks at a time...

Changing your server , changing your WiFi, changing your network.
And play or the server closest to you . That's pretty much all that can be done.
@night cloak that's a common bug ,yes :/ few others are also facing it .
What pan meant was if it continues to happen, u click on the repair option in the loading screen. Also do report the bugs in-game itself.

And you must finish the enemy off with the needed weapon, a knock doesnt count
