I had the same issue, connecting to discord voice channels also showed up a "No Route" error. It is due to the anomalies (bad sectors) in your DNS. You could call your ISP and tell them to flush your DNS.

found the cause of matchmaking bug issue, it's probably because the phone battery or the phone performance reduction to some app. usually i played the game when the battery is about 60% and under and i've encountered soo many matchmaking issues. last time i played the game when it's almost fully charged, i haven't seen any bug about matchmaking issue but after my battery reach 60%. the bug come back. the customer supports said that i need at least 4gb free storage and high speed internet, but i have about 7gb storage left, and high speed internet but still have the issue. i tried play when it at fully charged and it works.
