Some items just don't have any perks to offer. This being the newest item would explain why it isn't incorporated into clan perks. Maybe it will come with the update, maybe there won't be a perk for it at all. Not all mythical items have perks. Same goes for legendary items. Example in the pictures below. I have legendary and mythical items as well that do not show up in clan perks. @quasi heath
