Basically, when saving a phone number, you have three options:
-Save to Sim Card
-Save to Email
-Save to Phone
If you clicked saved to Sim Card or email, you're good to go ahead and reset without worrying about losing them! But if you clicked Phone, man.. You gotta put them down somewhere.
If the problem persists, it's either your phone or the update.

It literally keeps connecting and disconnecting me every damn second and my squad can’t ever get into a game anymore cuz evey time it disconnects it stops the matching. Now I can only play solos and hope it gets in instantly. All this random shi going into the game make all these bugs even worse.
I’ve literally tried everything, it’s just on my one account that I use. I made a new account and it was no problems at all. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing got fixed. I logged into my account on a different device and it was the same problems

If you're going to unban gamesir players who are using battledocks then let them play with emulators players not with the true mobile players. Letting them play with mobile players is dumb. Like with emu players that have indicators on their DP put a gamesir logo on their dp if they are using a gamesir product so we can easily detect them in tournaments.

U must've did something wrong then. For this achievement, u need to fire 3 rounds in a row and have each of them kill an enemy with headshot 50m away.
U cannot hit one with a headshot, then for the second guy u hit him in the body and then headshot. It won't count

@gloomy onyx There is nothing we can't do if the customer service can't even fix that error. There are some silver fragments bugs had been reported lately but repair the game is only way to fix it. If repair doesn't work then we have to wait for a patch.
Or you just have to wait few more hours or day until they fixed it.
