That is unfortunately all the support we, as Discord Staff, are able to provide. It is understandable that you're upset, but as we've already posted in #477103011630546958, the Customer Support receives hundreds of mails each day. Even if they are aware of the bug/glitch, it takes time for them to send it over to the developers who ultimately need more time to get rid of the said bug. That being said, complaining about it here or elsewhere is going you get you nowhere. Be patient. That is all we ask.

The only way to "clear cache" on iOS is to get rid of the whole app and reinstall it. Does not work the same as on Android.

There are 2 people i play with quite often named NØS•CLAMPS and NØS•Cosmic. At first i thought they were pros and just very good at the game. Later i started seeing them hit shots that seemed weird. I just rolled with it and made it seem like nothing. i asked them and they denied so i was like alright maybe they are good. But them 1 of them get banned for hacking. Then i question Cosmic and he tells me that i should have known by now. Im not sure if are just good or not but please check it out and also they have been reported a few times by people i know for similar reasons. Thanks!
