Yes, many users have been encountering high latency. As for why the matchmaking time is taking longer than the usual, that is due to simply not enough players playing that particular mode on the Asian server. The Spawn Island on all maps causes the rest of the game to become VERY choppy with the fps dropping from normal average to 20fps average. To make it not be choppy you have to minimize the game as soon as you click START to find a match and then reopen the game AFTER the Spawn Island has been left. This way the fps will stay at an average 40 for the whole game. This is clearly an optimization issue and something at the waiting place is causing the choppiness. It is not the place itself that is causing the choppiness tho because if I visit it after the game starts it is smooth. I think it might be the player information of others (such as Titles etc..)) that game now shows that may be causing the game to be choppy.

To check if the item is legendary, see the colored bar on the bottom of the mini-icon. Legendary items are purple I believe.

If you go to shop > crates, you'll find the guidelines button. Check there which color is legendary.

I've been waiting for better optimization since some of the first updates. It's great that they're adding new content to this free game! I just find it more difficult to play when my game is slower.

To sum things up, I would definitely not recommend using the GFX tools since they can get your account suspended from 1 month up to 10 years. As I said, optimization takes time especially for newer devices.
