The other day I got a chicken dinner with 85 rating points, but these points never went towards this season's solo rating, for whatever reason the rating points look like they were reset to 1200 for that game, and I have not received those points as of yet. Anyway, i have an issue with the latest update. Basically, when i entered a game, it supposed to load normally and spawn me to matchmaking area. On the v0.7 the game runs normally without this bug. But after v0.8, it seems that the game have some bug which is it kicking me back to main menu and a massage box that says "Enter match again?". I've contacted the customer support and they said that i need to be at least have 4GB free storage and faster internet. I've checked my phone storage and internet speed, and it seems that i have about 6GB or free space and 9Mbps of download speed internet and 11 Mbps of upload speed internet, i tried a method where i have to low my graphics setting to lower settings. But, the problems keeps happening. My phone have about 3GB of ram with Octa-core 1.4Ghz with Android v7.1.2 Nouget. Can anyone tell me the other way to fix this?

Hmm ok then it's likely an issue from their end, I was getting the same ping too sometime ago and I contacted Airtel and they told me that they were having a server overload

It's possible you could be having the same issue, I assume you've already restarted your router

support i have sent a mail to pubg see it:- my id is PGFgaming i was banned 5 min ago for nothing. i was using an vpn and just started traning after some 3 min i got a message of ban and i got log out and a message came " u have been banned for 10 years" i did file claim nothing happened. U can check me profile my win and loss ratio is very bad and kills are very less and i am in just plat. 4 and check the recent results all bad except some top 10 reached.
