@kind drift I understand that some bugs are harder to fix, but the merit bug may at times spoil the experience for otherwise normal players. I was banned for no mistake of mine, someone bought the royale pass from my account without my permission while playing, and I only got a refund against it. They banned me for 30 days. Now my account is unusable and I'm the leader of my level 5 clan, so that doesn't bode well with other players..

Also, the merit bug isn't that big a problem to fix IMO.

This issue appears only for users who have previously been banned for a month i.e. users who dropped to 40 merit cannot increase them. On the bright side, you can still play custom room duos or squads. @sage breach
