I just went through some Reddit posts and it seems like you’re not the only player having trouble obtaining the title. Perhaps try to do it again. Also, wait for the current game to finish up and don’t start a new one, that could ruin the cycle and it might not register. @stuck anchor

Restart the computer again download the emulator and install. Remember, if you just uninstall the emulator and don't delete the files previously downloaded ,the process will not work

Yeah. Once i got 1 Headshot with Kar98. I didn’t shoot anything else. I kept looting and looking for enemies at the same time.
Then i got the rest of the Headshots in a row. 1 shot each.

Sometimes an antivirus blocks the TGB which prevents it from receiving audio stream. I am afraid there is nothing that can prevent this issue.
It happens on mobile as well. If restarting helps just restart every time.
