Ok i noticed a bug on TCGB. If you start a game without plugging head or ear phones, and then connect them after game starts, no voice is heard. The only way to hear voice is to restart the game and then the voice is back. Pretty weird glitch/bug [only on emulator]

According to PUBGM's physics, you cannot aim 90° straight at the sky. You at the max can aim at like 80° from your eye level. So, your flare goes a bit towards the direction you shoot. Then, the drop is not accurately on the flare, it is around a 10m range of the flare deployement position. Just look around and you'll find it.
Additionally, it releases Pale Yellow flare so you can spot it easily.

I was going along and spotted an enemy player, mind you now i am equipped with an AMW and all level three armor, the player I engaged in combat with had a level ONE helmet and i landed a headshot on him but he was not killed instantly, it took a total of two headshots to kill him
