Ping is based on network and server. Make sure you are playing in a server with the lowest ping available and use 4G or WiFi, whichever has the optimal amount of low ping.

@wintry island that may be your problem. Some cellular networks for whatever reason, don’t like the game, and will have really spotty speeds. And if the game has differentiating speeds that much, it has trouble.
If you can play on good WiFi and you get the same problem, I would email tencent and see if they can help you.

Sounds like an issue I had a long time ago in 0.5 but it turned out to be the earphones that got damaged because it would play audio through the mic and the voice chat would play in earphones because it couldn't mitigate playing both voice chat and game audio in the same channel

Ideally the audio from that video won't play but if that audio plays in your earphones and the mic starts playing the voice call or vice versa, means the earphones aren't supported

@night cloak I believe the patch could have possibly corrupted your game somehow. Usually failure to get passed the first booting screen is a lack of Google Play Dependency (Only fix for that is a reinstall).

So fast internet, less ping and no jitter, and yet I encounter ping issues in PUBG mobile. I start with 972, and under 2 secs the ping reduces to 100, then 80. That's it. I press parachute button and the player jumps after 3 secs. I used to play on 20-50 ping earlier on the same connection. @native cargo just one question, my router is small and is located near to the microwave. So, the microwave frequencies operating at 5ghz and wifi at 5ghz may interfere with each other and making my wifi slow. Maybe that is a problem @native cargo?
