@vital sluice maps show error code-1 when trying to download them. Which means they are already downloaded but show as if they weren’t that’s why it shows 0MB to download because you can’t overwrite in them if they are already present. It just needs something to verify the gamefiles so it realizes maps are already there. Beta was smaller than 1.8GB. Only got to 1.8Gb when maps where downloaded. But this app is 1.8Gb at once even without me downloading maps. So either maps are already present, or they added something else that takes a bunch of space.

I have messaged Customer Support one time directly via E-Mail and second time via in-game. To this day as of this moment of writing this, no response at all.

YES. I have actually lost a account. I have all the proof needed, I know which Twitter account it was bound to, Name, Char ID. Literally everything. The Customer Support is just annoying me.
So here I am.
After about 1 month waiting for a response from Customer Service, I got nothing. I checked everything, I only have 2 Twitter Accounts and I know it is my second one I made. Yet it always prompts me with the new account making menu. I am actually pretty pissed, not that I lost my account but I had limited time items like the Mission Impossible Set.
Like I said. I have all the proof ready, I just need a goddamn response from Customer Support.

1 is name change, 2 is a crate fragment, gather 10 and you get a coupon to get a free corresponding crate. 5 is a Mission impossible fragment no longer useful since event ended. And 1 is from an old event i don’t remember which is also useless now since it’s over.
