If you're using Cellular Data:
Switch to WiFi till you get past the loading screen into the lobby.
For Wifi:
Change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 by following this
Settings > Wifi > Press the little i symbol to view your network settings > Scroll down to dns > Configure dns > Make sure its on manual > Delete dns settings and add a DNS which would be 8.8.8.8
