These 1.5 gb files replaces the old files , so no tension that your game goes to 3+ gb , it'll be as the size of current pubg is... Hold a space of 2gb atleast for pubg it's enough!

That's because of network fluctuations happened when landing
If the person's network is a bit slow then the map takes some time then it loads , after its loading... If he's in object's place he gets stuck like that
