1. u change fps file means u increase it which your device can't handle so it hurts your device .
2. changing graphics also harm your device and it also counted as cheat cuz some peoples do it for removing ingame object or lowering resolution more than it exist in game. so it's unfair for other peoples.
   thats why they ban all who changes ingame file also.
   there r peoples who changes it for advantages.

Those specified dates are for the calculation of the 15 matches, as far as we know. The teams will be selected based on those calculations.
