No. A ban due to less merit would prevent matchmaking and a ban for violation of terms wouldn't allow you to load the game.

@steep anvil I have addressed that issuw here. I do not know if there are any news about it but I think it is server sided. The issue only happens when I die while using mobile data. If you are alive and switched from wifi to data or vice versa, the error won't occur.

So, it is not getting stacked upon.
Time won't extend. The second card would just go waste.
