As I said it happened with me the same once with wifi connection, I changed to mobile data and the ping went from 900ms (with no reason the connection was fine) to 80ms in the mobile data.
I swapped back to the wifi and it was working ok, or maybe just reset your router. VPN connections might cause higher delay

Mk14 is a advanced version of SLR/SKS with a greater recoil, damage and with an auto mode. But, the increase damage cannot suffice one shotting a level 1 helmet. It only disables a helmet and you need one more headshot to kill the person.
