For some it's a rare occurrence but we pushing top 200 with hopes of reaching top 100 have to face them regularly.

Which is why I'm not at the very bottom of the NA ranking system when I play on it, and my flag not being an actual country.

This is usually caused by server delays, @lean merlin. Your inventory will automatically update soon.
You can try to disable your Wi-Fi or cellular connection and immediately enable it again. You can also try to restart the game (not only minimize it). When you return to the main menu after the restart, you will be promted whether to enter the match again.
