They give away Elite passes sometime. I urge you to not bother them by constantly pinging them! Hopefully this answers your questions.

This was also a problem for quite some time before the update as well, @stark osprey. The ping seemed to increase and we were sometimes disconnected from the server. Even on servers we used to get around 40 in ping.
Sometimes, this was solved by simply disabling the Wi-Fi or cellular connection for a moment and then re-enabling it.
The developers are doing their best to further optimize this.

Remember that such restrictions are imposed with a reason: as @neat turret said, usually to save bandwidth. Such games usually consume much more bandwidth than other services.

Not all schools and other public places that offer Internet connections use the same solutions, @grizzled slate.
When Internet ports are configured to be blocked, there is no way of accessing those unless they have been unblocked again. The game will not be able to connect to the game servers without being able to communicate through specific Internet ports.

Is Anyone getting glitched when you restart your app while playing a game, when you come back all items you have are glitched (it seems to be a graphical glitch where if i drop all items from my backpack on ground my teammates able to see it but for me its still inside my backpack) i believe it is happening after today's update because I have restarted the app several times before but never happened like this and also when I pickup any item from ground I can't see it in my backpack.

Unfortunately not, @grizzled slate. It is a pain with manually blocked Internet ports. You basically need access to the configurations. Often through the main router/modem, but this is a bit more complicated for public places.
