Follow the below steps

Clear Cache.
Go to Gameloop Settings and disable the Render Cache and Enforce Global Render Cache.
Save the Settings and Exit.
Open the Gameloop's Installation Folder > UI > Delete ShaderCache Folder.
Launch Gameloop > Launch PUBGM > Change the Settings which uses shadows (i.e: Balanced+) > Restart the Game
