The report button works. It's just not an automatic ban button. Humans in general are vindictive and very sore losers. As such, reporting a player instead flags their account for review by Tencent. The reason why it seems like reporting doesn't work is the sheer number of reports. With approximately 400 million players, 50 million of whom are actively daily, the amount of reports that Tencent needs to individually investigate is very large.

For your specific situation, I'm sorry, but we don't have a direct line to the people who can ban. I have taken the liberty of bringing your situation to the attention of someone who I think can help, but there's no guarantee about that.

Let's do a little bit of math. PUBG Mobile reportedly has 400 million players, 50 million of whom are active daily. Tencent has approximately 54 thousand employees. Now, not being part of Tencent, I don't have access to the exact number of player's who have been reported. For argument's sake, let's say that 1% get reported daily. That makes 500 thousand - 4 million reports to check. If every single employee at Tencent dropped everything else and just focused on reports, they would each need to check about 10 - 80 people. Again, due to me not having exact data on this, let's say that of the 54 thousand employees, 5% are involved in the PUBG Mobile project. That would make 2,700 employees. Which would bring the number of reports to check per person up to 185 - 1481. When I say "sheer volume", I mean sheer volume. And checking each report doesn't take just 1 second, they do a proper investigation for each person.

There's not all that much involvement from the programmers for skins to appear in the game. Once the code that makes skins work at all is written, adding new skins is as easy as adding a few files and adding a few entries to a database. Both of which take no input from the programmers. When it comes to new skins, programmers only get involved if there's an issue that prevents a skin from working properly. Honestly, if you've never written a program, text based or gui based, don't presume to know what it takes to make a program as complex as a game work.

@coarse blaze The reason why the emulators are widely used because, emulators <not just android emulators>, require mostly cpu power more than GPU power, and if you look at the laptop industry, most of the cheaper laptops ship with somewhat decent
cpu but most of the time with no dedicated GPU.
And PUBG steam being a raw windows port, it was made to use as much of the GPU as possible, also if you play the steam version, it doesn't take as much cpu usage as emulator. But PUBG mobile doesn't take up as much gpu usage as the steam version

yes, gameloop has high requirements to play the mobile version of pubg...but let's be real here, there's still ample reason to play pubg mobile over pubg steam, even without considering lack of friends to play with. currently, the only version of pubg that has a tdm mode is pubg mobile. and, if reports are true, pubg mobile will soon be getting a payload mode with helicopters and rpgs. neither of which is available on steam, ps4, or xbox yet.

Sanhok is OK loot wise. My issue with it is that it is horrible for people who like to play a more relaxed game. As someone who grew up playing more first person shooters than third person shooters, I try and avoid TPP as much as possible

Hackers are back on all servers, very sad that. Banning people is no use at all. Squads full of hackers, unfortunately I'm losing interest in serious play, I'm Crown 4 and I'm catching people who are bronze, silver, gold and still barely able to play, are still learning how to play. What's the fun of catching people who don't know how to play yet and I've been playing since season 2? It was so fine without hackers, now they are coming back, and fed up with reporting and are not yet banned. What the hell system you have, my god.

if you use just your wrist, then you might need to use something higher like around 20% for the "Red Dot sights" maybe
if you are using your entire arm, then you could go for a lower sensitivity than mine
In my opinion, I think you should lower your Mouse DPI if your mouse has the option for it

you have to mostly rely on your own experience on which sensitivity works the best

@coarse blaze actually you can reach K / D more than 5 if you play with a team whose abilities are good but when you play with a random team, the chances are very small to get a good team. I have played from season 3 and so far I often get bad teams when playing with random teams.
