@stoic flower is that a laptop or a tower? if the latter, you should be fine for the most part(though I advise you to buy a graphics card and stick it in. it will change your whole world). if the former, it will be a shot in the dark, whether it will work well for you or not.

I put AndroidEmulator.exe on Real Time Priority, it reduced the chances and length of the freezes.

On integrated graphics you want to avoid 3d rendering, so try out the lower in-game settings, but keep the frame settings high.
