@snow crane I used to play breath of the wild on cemu <wii u emulator> and there the shader cache would significantly improve the perormance depending on how "complete" it was, since I was desperate for performance, I went through some digging and also saw many other emulators like "PCSX2" <ps2 emulator> use the same method

When playing arcade matches on EU, the waiting times are always below 30 seconds, compared to NA's 2+ minutes. I think the bulk of the playerbase is over on the EU/Asia servers

After launching the emulator, go to the emulator settings and click on diagnose, a window will pop up showing different info and at the bottom there should be a section called SD which will show you the location of a folder named temp
You have to find the temp folder and delete it

Go to run by pressing "Windows+R" and type "%temp%" and press enter which will take you to another folder where you have to delete most of the files.

Start by selecting all of them and clicking delete, it will ask you that you're not allowed to delete certain files for that
select the tick mark that says "Do this for all the files" and click skip

@candid wave ark intel says your cpu has 2 cores and 4 threads so I recommend changing it to 2
and also anti aliasing is very demanding even tho it's garbage, you can set it to close or balanced

I updated to the i7 - 870 (4C/8T, 3.60 Max speed, etc.)
It really improves the emulator up to 60 fps again, and I gotta say I'm impressed by it. The processor get up to 30-40% running PUBG.

@mild glen I tried a completely new install with all the shader cache deleted and as expected the game had lots and lots of hiccups,
I tried to see what kind of performance difference I'm going to notice with the shader cache files @limpid ermine provided, Well the difference wasn't that big then I tried to insert my shader cache files <with the ones smoshi provided together> from which I noticed a massive difference, But it looks like the emulator takes some time to "adapt" to the new files

Also smoshi had over 10 hours of playtime so I figured they were pretty "complete"

I was experimenting with the new shader cache files so I set up a completely fresh install with a guest account, while running my benchmark at bronze 4 I noticed a dude who one shotted me with a M4 and he had that desert skin which you get for killing 500 enemies with assault rifles
I noticed that he was killing everyone from across the map, and was also wondering how he got that skin on that low of a rank

@eternal fox Try to delete Temp folder and uninstall the Tencent Emulator. The path to it can be found by clicking on the 3 vertical lines and then on "Diagnosis". Then go to safe mode on Windows and delete all the Tencent files in "Program Files". Safe mode is needed because otherwise it will show that "File is in use". After removing all files, go back to normal mode and just Install the TGB emulator again.

Just change the emulator language to chinese and then restart the emulator
After opening it just use the add button <it had a plus sign near it> then add the apk
