No it does not change or affect the game files, just the display output, @fervent radish First download and install rivatuner, then launch it and add the "androidemulator.exe" <located inside the "UI"folder in the install directory> in the rivatuner list, after that check what your average framrate is and then lock it using rivatuner, For example if the average framerate is 30 then set it to 30.

By "androidemulator.exe" I mean the shortcut that directly launches PUBGM
