@analog spruce What I did was set everything to low as HDR has some bloom effects that are very distracting but smooth reduces the visibility of your own gun's muzzle flash but the problem is that it is much harder to detect the muzzle flash from your opponents, I enabled "Override High Dpi behaviour" from the compatibility settings as it makes the image quality noticabley sharper

You and your enemy aren't in sync in terms of network perf, u have 40 ms ping and the enemy has like 300 ms ping @uncut raven
