hello guys. I've been having trouble with the Emulator since this morning. I updated the Game Buddy and suddenly when I open the game it says Installation Failed, check your storage device. I thought it's a Tencent Game Buddy problem, but I tried Nox and it said the same. I reinstalled, 3 times, repaired it, tried the apk from apkpure, everything's the same. Can anyone help me ?

@stoic flower The problem is coming from the TGB. I would recommend you to use another emulator until the devs fix it. Use Memu Play, they provide the same key mapping as Tencent Gaming Buddy. Once TGB is fixed, then you move to the official emulator

@ everyone experiencing error 555745297, have you tried doing the simple solutions? Closing the game, reopening it, clearing cache, repairing the client, etc? I know you don't think this will help, but it is still worth trying. Modern programs(which include games) use caches to improve load times. Doing various things that force the programs to reload the cache can help clear a lot of errors.

@mystic mason I know of a fellow staff member who got that error. AFAIK, he plays mobile. He made it go away by simply closing pubgm, then reopening it. Just try it.

and ye, everytime a newer version comes, more problems comes with it.. so it's growing.. even the graphics.. it's getting more complicated, and needs more than a mobile

Cache errors are quite common. Doing simple things to refresh the cache can clear quite a few errors
