Open the emulator and change language to English to Chinese
and restart it
then u will see "+" button in the upper right corner
click it and select your beta APK
and then wait for installation
after installation you can change language Chinese to English again from Settings
but like i said, you will get an error when you open the game

I've tried TGB, Bluestacks, MEmu, NoxPlayer, and a little bit of LDPlayer. TGB gives the best performance for me. NoxPlayer is alright but needs to be on Smooth graphics for the extreme FPS setting

I once tried running TGB with a Core 2 Quad Q6600 and GT 610 video card. Got it to run at about 30-40FPS
The screen freezes were common, but still playable at least

TGB runs like butter in my pc without recording gameplay you need to change the EMULATOR settings
