It worked before I created a new game. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I've tried...

...nothing has worked.

ALSO this affects other weapons, such as the Zarza-15 .223

Does using the sighting perk do anything? Granted, you'll have to grind to get it first.

Is it that you need both levels of the perk? (As in it wasn’t working with only the first level unlocked but does with both)?
