resetting my skills does nothing since you can always see the animal info box even with no skills and its also bugged with the Binoculars

Well with scopes you can’t without skills, but yeah if it’s effecting the binos it’s not a skill bug.
I’d definitely suggest creating a support ticket as I haven’t heard of anyone with this issue and the “devs” don’t really respond in discord anymore it seems

being able to spot an animal with a scope is a skill in itself and requires many skills invested before unlocking it and should always give the info box just the same has binocs. Have you look at maybe some controls that you could hit on accident that hides some HUD elements?
On keyboard I often hit ''C'' that hide all the clues of animals for exemple

No i said i cant even see the info box with the Binoculars and if i would have hit C i couldnt even see the spotting outline
