fallow respawns

i need help my fallows arent spawning i have all my zones, i tried to main menu and change time , i checked my files, and i still cant get my males to come back . my fallow arent coming back i need help. only 43 kills into my grind and it does this

openly discussing or admitting to using mods is not allowed in accordance with the server rules. but with your point on resawns, after they updated the respawn mechanic it has been like this and can take forever for respawns to appear, i experience slow respawns on my grinds as well but after giving it some time and even hunting other animals it will respawn animals
