LOST ALL MY DLC! 😕

Hi guys, big problem, I bought lots of DLC as its on offer on PlayStation, played for afew hours on one of the maps I bought and with some dlc weapons etc, I then came back online later on in the day and everything I bought was gone! Even though it says its installed, but in cotw it says "not owned" ANY HELP 💀🤦‍♂️

I tried to restore licences, re downloaded the game, ive tried everything.

Ive lost about £40 worth of dlc.

Have you “uninstalled” and “reinstalled” the dlc without uninstalling the game?

How do you do that on ps5?

With the game highlighted on the home screen hit the options button and then select manage game content and hit the trash icon next to the dlc. After that you can either reinstall it from the same menu or if it’s not showing up there reinstall it from the add ons section of the games store page.

I tried that, there is no trash icon, I did delete the game and and all add ons at once and re downloaded them, still didn't work

Then to remove them you’ll have to do the annoying way which is to go to settings > storage > console storage > games and apps, scroll down to COTW and their should be a little icon to the right of it. If it doesn’t have the icon uninstall the game and opt out of reinstalling the dlc at the same time. Then install a couple packs to test them.

Weird, other folks who had this issue solved it that way.

though it may be on PlayStations end and if it is they’ll try to direct you back to EW.
