So i clicked delete on my trophys but I had no clue it was your animals that you paid to taxidermy. I thought it was saved Harvest i would like help recovering at least that 1 but you mainly want them to know it is "bad game design to be Able to delete a trophy without it being unmounted from your trophy lodge and saying that it was 6 out of 10 saved harvest above it.

Deleted my two european piebald bison , Diamond Bang tang A diamond crocodile, a mosaic moose, that was a silver, 2 diamond water buffaloes, And the Badger Diamond.

I guess if I can't get them back.I would just like what the game designers know that it is terrible game design to be able to delete trophies that Are on mounts and to have above the delete trophy area. How many saved harvests you have when you're not on that menu

Unless you have a backup they’re gone. I’m sorry.

Here’s some things to look for so it doesn’t happen again: in the pop up when you click to delete an animal a trophy will say. “This action will permanently delete your TROPHY” while saved harvests say HARVEST instead of trophy, do not have a lodge listed in their info and have “Taxidermize” instead of “Retrieve Trophy” under the photo to the right.

Additionally you can only have 10 saved harvests at any time so the list should always be far shorter than your trophy animal’s list (so long as you don’t have filters on anyhow).

I also think that you should only be able to delete trophy in the lodge and have to confirm it

That shouldn’t be possible the only thing you should be able to access outside the lodge are saved harvests (and even that is only accessible if you try to save too many harvests) not taxidermized trophies… I’m wondering if this is a really nasty glitch you’ve discovered.

So just to be clear you can access the trophy manager even outside a trophy lodge? Cause that definitely is not supposed to happen.

@tribal barn sorry for the ping but I know you play on Xbox, was wondering if you can also access the trophy manager outside the lodges. Trying to determine if this is an “Xbox” or a “per player” type glitch.

The trophy manager is accessible by going either into a trophy lodge or by going to the storage at an outpost/tent. As for saved harvests, RB/R1 gets you into that section in trophy manager.
