In my opinion, I don’t really see how respawn time benefits the game. The way I see it is it just makes grinding slightly more difficult.

Its more annoying then anything else. Because of no forced respawns anymore some of the respawns will not happen. Even if you shoot 15 animals of the same species.
Suggestion. If forced respawns will come back, then they must atleast set a min amount of animals to get the respawns to happen. Like 15 animals from same species or different species. Less then that? Forced respawns will not happen. This way Herd Management will not be more crazy then nowadays but still dont have to deal with this stupid respawn system.
Any thoughts in this suggestion?

I agree with your suggestion. Although if the amount of animals shot for a respawn needed is from only one species, then that number will have to vary between animals. Like for big cats with small populations, maybe only 1-2 needs to be shot. But for deer probably around 15 like you said.
