Basically, my account is bugged. I was a big player on the Xbox One X and reached max level, but I bought an Xbox Series X for the graphics quality, etc. Now on my new Xbox, I have a problem: it's level 25 and my progress hasn't kept up.

Do you still have access to your One X? If so, I'd make sure to make a backup of your save on that console then transfer it to the Series X. If not, then I'm unsure. Perhaps you played on a different account on the One X?
