My friends trophy’s keep getting deleted

I’m posting this for a friend because he doesn’t have discord. But he doesn’t have most of his trophy’s that were in his lodge. They keep disappearing. Is this a known issue? If not please help us

Are they disappearing from stands and plaques or disappearing from the trophy manager?

Both are known issues but if they’re just disappearing from stands it’s possible to recover them, if they’re missing from the trophy manager they’re gone.

Then they’re gone, I’ve had it happen several times over the years. I’m sorry, it sucks.

Yeah he’s pretty upset about it. Almost half his lodge is gone
