The seeming issue goes along as follows, the game will open and the main menu will play as normal, when doing so the game will run smoothly. Once loading into a map however the game will go all blurry, freeze, make a loud screeching noise then crash completely, I've redownloaded the game, validated the files, put it on my core drive and tried reinstalling all the dlc maps and such. However with further testing while trying to play I found out that not even the base maps work as well, loading into any map either it be Layton Lake or something like Silver Ridge Peaks the game will go all blurry and crash, if possible I will try to get a video to show the process of what actively happens.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lu8mEsNRRQI I am unsure as to why it will not do the little preview for the video but oh well I don't exactly know how to fix it, however the video shows me going into the game, trying to spawn in on Layton Lake then almost immediately having my screen blur then freeze then the clip ends as my game crashes.
As I am waiting for possible help / feedback / or solutions I will continue to try and test around and figure out what could be causing this issue.
